Terrible .. We had to wait over an hour for the food, which was then halfway cold. Then the lady came to our table while we were eating and wanted us to pay. So that you don't have to pay a fine if the police find customers with you after 10 p.m. who have not yet been collected. If we had just got our food faster, we would have been gone a long time and would have paid after we had finished, and not in the middle of the meal..🤷‍♀️

Never eaten such bad tortellini al panna as today. Sauce totally watery, felt 5 pieces of ham with it and tasted like nothing. Totally listless. And that for an Italian. We have been disappointed several times recently. Black pizza (even the children's pizza), waiting times too long, overcharged ... You want to support the restaurants during Corona and then something like that.

I haven't reacted to it for a long time. Ordered several times to pick up pizza ... it's called 30 minutes. After that I sometimes waited 30-60 minutes on site (doesn't work at all) this time ordered a large pizza, the lady wanted to turn me on a normal one. Inability to a-z. Was happy to get pizza after the shift, but not smoothly four times in a row (sorry at some point is good too)

Lieferando indicated that the order was on the way, not reachable by phone, as it is now closed after waiting for two hours! Order never arrived, already paid with PayPal !!! I'm curious if we will get the money back after we have reported this !!

Ordered via Lierando with your preferred time. Came 10 minutes later, all good. Nice supplier. Food was so incredibly bad ..... Never again.

We waited over 2 hours and the app indicated that food was already on the way. We were not informed that it would take longer. When we called after 2 hours to inform us we were pushed away 5 times. He was reached only gave snotty answers, no hello, no goodbye. The food would go out immediately, no understanding of our concern and just annoyed. The supplier came was very nice took up our complaint, but also said that we are not the only ones who would complain. Delivery checked wrong pizza and salad forgotten. So again an unfriendly employee called on the phone who was still discussing with us. The subsequent delivery took less than 15 minutes. Salad had to be paid for, of course. There was no discount, no insight, just nothing. The management would not care about complaints and negative reviews. The food was just fine. This pizzeria is the worst pizzeria we have ever ordered from. Absolutely not to be recommended, strongly advise against ordering.

We were eating with 4 people, we also had a voucher book. Everything went well, all pizzas were delicious and the bottom was super crispy!

Pizza was black charred down there was almost no cheese on the pizza the sausage did not smell really was really not edible although you have already mentioned a few times that the cheese is almost never really the same. On the subject of burgers, the burger meat was not through and almost raw.

In the restaurant & when delivering everything great! All employees super friendly. The food always tasty, fresh & good portions. Price and performance very good! We are always happy to come back and order through the delivery service!

Very long wait towards 2 hours. Then cold or salted pasta. With gourmet block you are a guest of second class and normal payers are served first.

Absolutely not to be recommended ..... After 1 1/2 hours gone again without eating. Appetizers came after about an hour and after all the other guests who came after us had their meal we left. Service said: "Our food was not even in preparation" so we can simply pay for our drinks and go (never experienced anything like that and we go out to eat regularly).

There were five of us here, we ate pizza, the youngest spaghetti with butter. The service was very friendly and regularly at our table to see if we need anything else. The pizzas were very good, very crispy and well stocked. You can sit outside, inside you sit well. Price wise, the pizzeria also moves in the normal framework. We got with the Schlemmerblock two pizzas enacted and were at just under 30 €, cheaper is not.

If we had at least got honest information, I would have let it all go, but if you get fooled, it's just a limit.

The food was good, nothing special but not bad either. Typical pizzeria. The waitress did not feel like it, grim face, after she brought us the food, you did not see her again. When someone wanted to order something, we went to the counter and she accepted the order without comment and left. At 14 o'clock she came with the bill and said that now is break. We were the only table that was occupied.
